Formiga is a type family developed by Lucas Pozzobon under the guidance of Volnei Matté as his final project for the Industrial Design course at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). It is an expressive humanist display typeface with distinctive inktraps. The family includes 395 glyphs across seven weights, ranging from Light to Black, supports 38 languages, and features low accents to improve usability in headlines and display settings. Formiga is part of Tipotype's library and is available on my fonts and adobe fonts.
